All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of items we supply, refuse any order, and discontinue products without notice.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs are included in stated product price. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

We do not accept returns, but will take requests within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

Customers must state a reason for the return with a picture attached to the unopened item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us.

Thank you for shopping with LL Designs! We make every product with care and want you to love your order. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of many of our items, we do not accept general returns — but we’ll always make it right if there’s a problem with your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products because thes items are either custom, handmade, or sensitive to handling and hygiene. Once shipped, they cannot be restocked or resold. Due to the personal use nature of our products, especially slimes, stress toys, and jewelry, returns are not accepted even if unused.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at ll.d3s1gns.shop@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on the issue.

We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

Change of mind, misuse or damage after delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers, or slight handmade variations (every item is one-of-a-kind!)

Order processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on major holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

Shipping rates

We currently offer standard shipping to the US only. All rates for shipping are included in the price of our product, with a few extra possible fees included based on the shipping address of the customer and size of product. 

Estimated shipping time is 3-7 business days after order is processed.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Delays & delivery issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can happen due to:

Incorrect shipping information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. LL Designs is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Missing or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that arrive damaged upon delivery due to shipping. We ensure everything that we ship is of utmost quality and is held to the highest standard. Our products are meant to bring joy to you in the form of toy, to play with, or an accessory, with the purpose of wearing. Objects are for external use only.

Warning for misuse

Swallowing parts of products, like safety eyes or charms may result in choking, ecspecially in young children. 

Age restrictions

Products should be kept out of reach of children under the age of four. Parents need to ensure kids do not swallow small parts of products. 

Allergens

Some products may contain fragrance, so be mindful if you have scent related allergies. Fragrance can be irritating to people with sensitive skin or certain conditions. Products containing scent are labeled. 

Limit of liability

We are not responsible for any harm that comes to anyone from using our products. Any mishaps that result from the use of products that result in injuries, damages, or losses is not a liability on our part.
